RPM makes major swap

Richard Petty Motorsports announced Monday that they made major changes to its crew lineup, including their crew chiefs.

Mike Ford will now lead Marcos Ambrose and the No. 9 Ford while Todd Parrott has been swapped over to be the crew chief for Aric Almirola and the No. 43 Ford. Crew members will also make the switch to the other team in the organization.

The move was effective immediately, crew members, and crew chiefs will join their new respective teams this weekend at the Chicagoland Speedway.

Marcos Ambrose gave RPM their only victory of the season a couple of weeks back at the Watkins Glen road course.
