Roger Penske’s Sons Arrested
Two sons of NASCAR owner Roger Penske were arrested early Thursday morning by Island police for alleged break-in at the Nantucket Yacht Club after two women claimed they had been assaulted in the parking lot according to Roger Penske’s Sons Arrested.
Jay Penske, 33, who is the CEO of the digital media company and owns the IndyCar racing team Dragon Racing along with the web site Deadline.com was arrested shortly before 2 a.m. along with his brother Mark Penske.
One of the women claimed the Penske brothers were urinating in the parking lot, and when she confronted Jay Penske, he "turned and continued to urinate on her boots. He then proceeded to push her.
Both Jay Penske and Mark Penske spent the night in the Nantucket Police Department's lockup facility, and were arraigned Thursday morning on charges of breaking and entering in the nighttime to commit a misdemeanor.
Both were released on personal recognizance with pretrial hearings set for 11 days from now on Aug. 20.
The women later told the police they did not wish to press assault and battery charges
