NASCAR has announced there will be no further penalty for Kurt Busch following an incident at Talladega race. At lap 98 Kurt Busch brought out caution when he spun out, safety crew work come and check on him make sure he was ok, then attempted to provide assistance to him he got back into his car and drove off dumping equipment on the track.

Busch wrecked cause he ran out of fuel on Lap 98 and he hit inside wall and has damaged on drive rear.

When asked to stop Busch did not. He later said he did not hear the command to stop his car because he was not wearing his helmet.

Busch has been on probation since unacceptable verbal comments were made towards reporter Bob Pockrass in June. NASCAR suspended him for the Sprint Cup race at Pocono.
