Notes: Teams in all three NASCAR national touring series in action at

Phoenix this weekend will be running the same tire codes, though the

Sprint Cup and Nationwide Series tires will be branded "Goodyear

Eagle," while the Camping World Truck Series tires will be branded

"Goodyear Wrangler" . . . this is the same combination of left- and

right-side tires that Sprint Cup and Nationwide teams ran at Phoenix

this past March, as well as last November . . . as on most NASCAR ovals

one mile or less in length, teams will not run inner liners in their

tires at Phoenix . . . Goodyear held a tire test with the 2013 Sprint

Cup cars at Phoenix last month . . . teams and drivers participating in

that test were the

No. 1 Earnhardt Ganassi Racing Chevrolet with Jamie McMurray

No. 2 Penske Racing Ford with Brad Keselowski,

No. 11 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota with Denny Hamlin

No. 14 Stewart Haas Racing  Chevrolet with Tony Stewart

No. 27 Richard Childress Racing Chevrolet with Paul Menard

No. 78 Furniture Row Racing Chevrolet with Regan

Smith and No. 99 Roush Fenway Ford with Carl Edwards

The results of that test will determine Goodyear's tire set-up for the Phoenix race weekend scheduled for March 1-3, 2013.
